Frank Garcia, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PERIKIN, leads the development and execution of the corporation's strategic plan. With over 12 years of experience, Frank, a majority owner turned President and now CEO, brings an entrepreneurial spirit, unwavering integrity, and exceptional leadership to the forefront.

In his role, Frank communicates on behalf of PERIKIN to various stakeholders, showcasing his strong business acumen and deep understanding of the federal contracting industry. His unique qualifications, rooted in character, experience, and judgment, make him a leader of excellence.

Looking forward, Frank's goal is simple: intentional and meaningful growth that aligns with PERIKIN's Mission, Vision, and Values. With a dedicated team of leaders, he is excited to steer the company toward a prosperous future.

Shannon Jacques has been an advocate for small business for over 25 years and a leader in corporate governance, non-profits & chambers of commerce community across the country. She has demonstrated her leadership through many sustainable operations including her own business for over 15 years and her family's legacy business that has been in operation since the 1950s. She is a graduate of the Stanford University SLEI-ED program, and has a deep understanding of community, culture and economic development that drives our nation's communities.

As a current Strategy, Operations (including marketing and fundraising), and Board Governance Consuitant for corporate, non-profits, small businesses, and Hispanic Chambers nationwide, she uses her decades of experience to help businesses develop short term and long-term strategies for building capacity. She also helps non profits with board governance and training boards to understand their roles in committees, fundraising and governance of organization Executive Directors or Presidents.

Shannon also has a broad understanding of federal contracting and is currently working with the US Small Business Federal Contractors Association to build out their programs, fundraising and policy advocacy platforms. She also in an investor in several New Mexico businesses and continually shares her brand ShaJay Creative Consulting through social media, podcasts, and events.

As a seasoned Chief Operating Officer, she continues to use her experience to build businesses and organizations around the country through economic and community development and is invested in the success businesses, chamber communities, and corporate partnerships across the United States.

Jack Cavanagh, Director of Construction Services, oversees and manages all facets of the construction division, ensuring the successful completion of projects. Managing multiple project teams and collaborating with stakeholders, he ensures efficient and successful execution of construction projects.

His combination of education, experience, skills, and qualities has propelled him to excel in the construction industry, making him an invaluable leader for PERIKIN's Construction Services. He is dedicated to continuous learning and development in order to stay ahead of industry trends and uphold the highest standards of construction management.

Jon Osborne, Director of Advanced Engineering, is at the forefront of shaping the technical direction of the organization. His role involves driving innovation, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting employees in successful project execution. Committed to the success and well-being of each team member, Jon emphasizes clear communication, encourages professional growth, and champions independent thought within the division.

Jon's 14 year history with PERIKIN's Advanced Engineering Team uniquely qualifies him to lead. Having experienced the day-to-day challenges as an engineer, he has worked alongside each team member, living and embodying the company's mission. Jon is driven to make direct, meaningful impacts, increase operational efficiency, and foster new opportunities for the workforce. He views the PERIKIN team as trailblazers, with innovation not just encouraged but ingrained in its DNA.

Brian Worrilow, Director of Professional Services, is a linchpin in the success of federal contracts. With a strategic mindset, Brian oversees contracts, ensuring they not only meet but exceed requirements, deadlines, and performance metrics. Leading a dedicated team, he mentors and manages project managers, coordinators, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence in client services through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

With over 15 years of dedicated service to PERIKIN, Brian brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. His focus on streamlining policies, mentoring staff, and delivering client-driven solutions uniquely qualifies him for the position.
