With over 12 years of experience, Frank, a majority owner turned President and now CEO, brings an entrepreneurial spirit, unwavering integrity, and exceptional leadership to the forefront.
In his role, Frank communicates on behalf of PERIKIN to various stakeholders, showcasing his strong business acumen and deep understanding of the federal contracting industry. His unique qualifications, rooted in character, experience, and judgment, make him a leader of excellence.

Shannon Jacques has been an advocate for small business for over 25 years and a leader in corporate governance, non-profits & chambers of commerce community across the country. She has demonstrated her leadership through many sustainable operations including her own business for over 15 years and her family's legacy business that has been in operation since the 1950s. She is a graduate of the Stanford University SLEI-ED program, and has a deep understanding of community, culture and economic development that drives our nation's communities.
As a current Strategy, Operations (including marketing and fundraising), and Board Governance Consuitant for corporate, non-profits, small businesses, and Hispanic Chambers nationwide, she uses her decades of experience to help businesses develop short term and long-term strategies for building capacity. She also helps non profits with board governance and training boards to understand their roles in committees, fundraising and governance of organization Executive Directors or Presidents.
Shannon also has a broad understanding of federal contracting and is currently working with the US Small Business Federal Contractors Association to build out their programs, fundraising and policy advocacy platforms. She also in an investor in several New Mexico businesses and continually shares her brand ShaJay Creative Consulting through social media, podcasts, and events.
As a seasoned Chief Operating Officer, she continues to use her experience to build businesses and organizations around the country through economic and community development and is invested in the success businesses, chamber communities, and corporate partnerships across the United States.
